Ryan, I typically keep my religious leanings more neutral in forums such as these. But for you, I’ll make an exception. I am a Catholic who is a big fan of the philosophies of our current Pope. I reject the “fire and brimstone” methods that have given our faith such a bad name over the centuries.

I appreciate that we can be open with each other without judgment.

I’m not a biblical expert, but I think we can both agree with Luke 14:11 “One who exalts himself will be humbled, and one who humbles himself will be exalted.” We may just differ a bit on the extent to which we should display humility. Thanks for your reply. :)
