As for those guys who say they feel old, that is kind of sad — no offense to them. I am definitely older than you, but not as old as them. But I have learned that age really is just a number and nothing else. You literally are as old as you feel. I see other guys my age or younger, and it boggles my mind how much they let themselves go, like they have given up on themselves in a way. And that, really, is what ages a person.

Stay young at heart, Alec, and you will do just fine.
