Another good article Ryan. I struggle somewhat with the term "quitting" in this context. In my mind, quitting is to stop doing something without anything else to take its place. But leaving a current position to advance one's career is not quitting at all. It's just taking the next stepping stone to something else that could be even better. It might be splitting hairs, but I completely understand your overarching theme. Thanks!
